My nutrition approach
Far too often, people go on extreme diets they can’t maintain, which mean they never actually develop long-term, healthy eating habits. As always, balance is the key. Unless you have a specific dietary requirement or dietary preference, no food needs to be off limits. By totally eliminating certain foods, you may actually increase cravings and decrease long-term success. Therefore I’ll teach you how to make the right decisions so that you can be the one creating healthier eating habits and a better relationship towards food, making sure that we include everything you like in the right quantity so that you can enjoy a new way of eating and you can stick to it in the long run.
It is just a matter of making the right adjustments in your current way of eating, rationing the portions and of course always considering your likes, dislikes and daily routine.

Holistic health or Holistic approach is often defined as a form of healing that looks at the person as a whole, as a system itself: body, mind, and spirit.
While people are living longer today they are also experiencing chronically high levels of stress and fatigue, are consuming nutrients depleted foods, and are exposed to hundreds of potentially harmful chemically through our air, water, cleaning, and personal care products daily. So to say that holistic health is important would be an understatement.
When it comes to holistic health we are looking beyond the physical body and are addressing physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual health. All of these 5 aspects of holistic health are what enable a person to truly live each day in the healthiest, happiest way possible given if one area if compromised, most likely other areas will be as well.
